eijing Capital International Airport, located at the junction of Chaoyang District and Shunyi District in Beijing, China, is one of the world's largest super airports and one of China's three major gateway composite hubs, with its scale ranking among the top in China.The third-phase expansion of the airport began in 2004, and Terminal 3 (T3) along with the third runway was completed and put into use in 2008. As of 2024, the airport is still undergoing local optimizations, such as the construction of a smart airport.
